Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do accept returns within 7 days of package arrival to its destination.

Orders that are returned to sender will be reshipped for a redelivery fee.

If you enter in the wrong shipping address, please contact us ASAP so we can update the shipping address for you manually. If the order has already been processed, the order will be shipped to the original address listed.

How long does it take to create a Custom figure?

The creation process typically takes between 3 to 5 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and customization. We ensure each piece is crafted with care and precision, so quality is never compromised.

What materials do you use for the figures?

Our figures are made from high-quality resin, ensuring durability and fine detail in every design. Resin allows for the precision needed to bring out all the intricate features of your custom figure.

Are the custom Funko Pop figures durable?

Absolutely! Our resin figures are made with durability in mind. Resin is a tough material, and while it’s still important to handle your figures with care, they are built to withstand light handling and display.

What if my custom Funko Pop arrives damaged?

While we take extra precautions to ensure your figure arrives safely, if any damage occurs during shipping, please contact us right away. We’ll assess the situation and work with you to resolve it, whether that means a replacement or a refund.
